Dedication to Kaliprasad Chandra (Abhedananda).

The music exposition of sadhana (the spiritual practice). The peculiar illustration (the artistic presentation) of the way of seeking the God inside himself by Indian monk, named Abhedananda, who is also known as religious figure, philosopher and one of the founders of the Ramakrishna order. Abhedananda was the direct disciple of Ramakrishna. In addition to it he is known to Europeans as a human who confirmed the theory of Jesus Christ’s sojourning in Tibet (lost years of Jesus Christ).

Kaliprasad Chandra was born in Calcutta in the family of entrepreneur. He has tied his life with the vow to find three faces of God, His three manifestations whatever it costs. His love, His consciousness, His personified perfection. This purpose has become the meaning of his life, and all that Abhedananda did was subjected to this search. He was fond of working, very clever and subtly feeling man, who was also deep believer. But his idealistic approach to the life brought troubles to him. People he loved didn’t share his views.

One day he had met the great preacher and his future teacher. This meeting postponed Abhedananda‘s chief aim. Kaliprasad Chandra began to do tasks of his new teacher Ramakrishna and his new brothers with enthusiasm. He preached in India, USA, Great Britain but after the funeral of Ramakrishna he had returned to executing of his promise and resumed seeking the God inside himself.

Even in the youth Kaliprasad Chandra was given a God’s sign during one of the prayers. Since that moment he was sure that God has given strength to him for discovering of nature’s secrets. His confidence caused in him the responsibility for this mission. But he met many obstacles on his way. At one moment he was stopped by the attachment to creature comforts, then he was faced with the difficult choice of parting with family and friends, then he was conscience-stricken because of the mistakes he made, at last he was tormented with the fear of losing of his Ego in consciousness.

But the greatest obstacle was to follow. It was the awareness of his affection towards the God and for his mission. This affection didn’t let Abhedananda cognize God in all his manifestations.
Abhedananda made up his mind to the drastic measure…

In spite of the fact that Abhedananda is well-known for his public religious activity, this album is directed to his inner life, his feelings and sadhana.
